French Onion Soup "Henry Style"
Elaborated with the famous regional "Paiteña Onion", accompanied by white wine, croutons, Dutch cheese and gratin in a pot with parmesan cheese.
Cream of Avocado with Vodka
In this thick, creamy soup, we successfully combined the exotic flavor of the tropical avocado with the fine European touch of vodka.
Coquille Saint Jaques
A delicious mixture of seafood flavored with whisky and wine, served with mushrooms in béchamel sauce, gratinéd with parmesan cheese in a coquille (a shell).
Trout Creole Style Nuts
Regionally-reared trout, seasoned with salt and lemon, fried in butter with garlic and parsley, served with an Andean nut, the nogal. Anative.
Picasso Style Sea Bass
Sea bass fillet, seasoned with salt lemon and fried in garlic butter with parsley, served with exotic fruits, salted bananas in butter, Hes peas, and cherries.
